Mark your calendars! June 8th and 9th 2023 will see the Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia (YACWA) deliver their seventh conference, and this one’s been a long time coming.
We know a lot of great stuff is happening in WA and beyond: youth work is everywhere! We also know things could be better for young people and those working with them. We need you, your ideas, and your presence to make a change. We’re bringing thought-provoking local and national speakers and ideas together to rejuvenate and reinvigorate you to tackle some of our community’s biggest issues.
Over two days at Boola Bardip and surrounds, fair.ground. 2023 will centre the conversation on those who work for and with young people. Topical keynote speakers will feature alongside a compelling program of presentations, workshops and activities encouraging greater insights and growth in the youth sector.
fair.ground. 2023 will be an unmissable chance to connect with peers from diverse contexts across the state in inspirational spaces where you can collectively ask questions and develop the system-wide solutions needed to enable better lives for young people.
fair.ground. 2023 represents a crucial opportunity to strengthen the capacity and energy of our sector as we continue to champion social inclusion and develop fair ground for young people across WA.
