The below flow chart details the application process for the Grants Scheme. All forms can be accessed via the corresponding icons in the flow chart and are PDF fillable to assist with digital submission (preferred):

Please download and read the Guidelines thoroughly before proceeding with your application.

The Application Form is online via SmartyGrants. Contact the Grants Officer to confirm suitability of your project and to obtain a unique Application Number to proceed.
3.
Your project will need to have reportable outcomes at four (4) months from your project’s commencement. Note: this step is not applicable to projects completed in four months or less.
4.
All projects will need to be acquitted within six (6) weeks of project completion, which involved completion and submission of the Grant Acquittal Form and return of any unspent funds to YACWA.
