Day 1 (Thursday 12 June): Registration from 8:30am, official proceedings commence at 9:00am

Can my accessibility needs be catered for? We want FairGround to be as accessible and inclusive as possible. If you have any requirements or concerns that you didn’t mention during registration, please contact the YACWA events team via events@yacwa.org.au
What is the dress code? The recommended dress code for the Conference is smart casual.
What food will be served at the Conference? FairGround will include catering for morning and afternoon tea, and lunch.
How do I let you know about dietary requirements I have? You can include your dietary requirements when you register. Please contact the YACWA events team at events@yacwa.org.au if you have any issues regarding this.
Can I apply for a subsidy? Yes, regional subsidies will be available to apply from on Friday 14 February, 2025.
Will the FairGround conference be streamed online? This is an in-person event only. We offer some regional bursaries to help those from regional WA to attend.
